In the past, Oliver Pocher had several successful and attractive women by his side. One of them has now revealed how he was able to win them over.
Oliver Pocher looks back on a turbulent love life: The comedian is currently going through a second divorce, his marriage to Amira Pocher officially failed about a year ago. It is not the first public love affair that the entertainer has had to go through – over the course of his career, the now 46-year-old has dated several prominent women. He was able to score points with them primarily with his inner qualities, his ex-wife Alessandra Meyer-Wölden revealed.
In Barbara Schöneberger’s podcast called “Mit den Waffeln einer Frau” the model talked about his relationship with Oliver Pocher. The two married in 2010 and have three children together. They separated in 2013. Schöneberger then remembered the first time he met Meyer-Wölden and Pocher as a couple: “You were a head taller than him, you looked like a goddess. Olli, wearing a printed T-shirt, was dancing some Backstreet Boys choreography again. Then I looked at him and thought: ‘He must have something that makes him so enthusiastic about these women.'”
In addition to Sandy Meyer-Wölden and Amira Pocher, four other successful women were at the entertainer’s side. His first prominent partner was actress Jessica Schwarz, with whom he was together in 2000. From 2002 to 2004 he was in a relationship with presenter Annemarie Carpendale, then still Warnkross. This was followed by a four-year relationship with model Monica Ivancan, and after his subsequent marriage to Meyer-Wölden he was also in a relationship with tennis star Sabine Lisicki for two and a half years.
The 41-year-old explained that Oliver Pocher is actually very different from how he presents himself in public. “What he portrays on the outside is not what happens on the inside,” said Sandy Meyer-Wölden, who then added: “He really has the biggest, biggest heart and is a very loyal soul.” And continued: “No matter what storm we went through – and we really fought each other – I knew that when things got tough, I could call him and he would be there. And that’s still the case today and I can rely on that blindly.” She really appreciates that about her ex. Being the funny guy is often “like a protective shield” to the outside world.
