Mark Zuckerberg, who took part in a conversation event in Meta, said, “Any business or developer can easily access our service, customize their experience directly through the API host on WhatsApp, and speed up their response to customers using our secure WhatsApp cloud.”
The API, also known as the Processor Programming Interface, is used by businesses to connect their systems and chat with customers about service.
