jpnn.comJAKARTA – WhatsApp is testing a new feature that makes it easier for users to select photos from albums, then share them with other users.
The new feature was introduced in WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.24.16.5, which is now available on the Google Play Store.
Some beta testers have already tried out the updated album picker.
Essentially, the new album picker simplifies WhatsApp’s interface by replacing the old gallery tab.
A new WhatsApp feature being tested gives users a cleaner look with a summary of recent albums, making it easier to choose photos and videos to share.
A new minimalist window that appears when users tap on an album title makes navigation smoother, and gives the gallery sheet a sleeker look.
