The head of Government of Mexico City, Martí Batres, recently announced a new free concert at the Zócalo in Mexico City.

A few minutes after the capital official announced the details of the next free megaconcert in the Zócalo of Mexico City, the rock band confirmed the news through their social networks with a video that shows fragments of their presentations, scenes of the CDMX Zócalo and the date that confirms its free presentation.
The capital government added a video showing Paul Banks, lead singer of Interpol, giving a greeting and exciting news in which the band will give a free concert in the Zócalo in the heart of Mexico City.
The date, said the singer, will be Saturday, April 20 and he made it clear that it is completely free. The event will not only be for Mexican fans of the band but for the general public.
