The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) offers options to study high school and a career, it is the open system and distance education.
This is the Open University and Distance Education System (SUAyED) that offers 22 bachelor’s degrees and also options for baccalaureate.
The difference between these modalities and the face-to-face is that the semester or the school years are taken online, that is, the work and exams are done online.
There are also careers and faculties where attendance is once every fortnight, usually on Saturdays and applies to those who did not stay in the face-to-face mode or are from another state in the country.
All the degrees in this system are officially valid and are taken in 8 or 9 semesters, depending on the program and the career you choose.
When does the SUAyED UNAM 2023 call come out?
On the SUAyED page, it explains that for those who are going to study the degree in this modality, the call will open on September 11.
The registration of applicants is through the internet from September 18 to 20 and the application of the exam will be from November 4 to 17.
The results of the selection contest will be announced on December 5 to start the new semester in January as part of the open modality.
