Special Correspondent, New Delhi: After the statement given by BJP MP Ghanshyam Tiwari in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge made a very emotional comment about himself on Wednesday. He said that he does not want to live in this environment anymore. One day in Rajya Sabha, Tiwari made a comment about Kharge’s name and political journey. Kharge raised this in the House and said that he was hurt by this comment. On the allegations of nepotism, Kharge said that he is the first person from his family to enter politics. He also said that his mother died at a very young age, so he was brought up by his father. During this, Kharge’s throat became choked. Referring to his father, Kharge said that he was able to reach because of his father and he left this world at the age of 85.
On this, the Chairman wished Kharge a long life and said that we wish that you live for 95 years, to which Kharge said that I do not want to live longer in this environment. Apart from this, Kharge also objected to another statement of Tiwari. Kharge said that he has reached here from student politics. He further said that what problem does Tiwari have with my name and that his parents had named him very thoughtfully. His father wanted his son’s name to be one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. On the allegations of nepotism, Kharge said that he can count many examples of nepotism around him in the House.
