Patna: United Janata Dal leader Nitish Kumar breaks alliance with BJP in Bihar. After this, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Congress and other parties formed the government the day before yesterday. Rashtriya Janata Dal’s Tejashwi Yadav has been sworn in as Deputy Chief Minister.

The BJP criticized Nitish Kumar for breaking the alliance to contest as the prime ministerial candidate of the opposition parties in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Nitish Kumar denied this. He said he had no such wish.

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav said yesterday, “Nitish Kumar has administrative experience and social experience. He has been a member of all the Houses except the Rajya Sabha. He has also served as Union Minister. When Modi becomes Prime Minister, why not Nitish Kumar as Prime Minister?” said

Tejashwi added, “The Central Investigation Agency may start an office at my house. Why do you come once in 2 months for checkup? The alliance with Nitish Kumar was not premeditated. “It happened spontaneously,” he said.
