Ct is an almost unprecedented fact that a political party’s disapproval of Morocco’s foreign policy. And it didn’t take long. It led to an immediate formal reframing of the royal cabinet to the Islamist Justice and Development Party (PJD) and its secretary general Abdelilah Benkirane.
