The people who will make up the Cabinet of the elected duo, Bernardo Arévalo and Karin Herrera, will begin a series of meetings starting in December with integrated work plans, which are still being defined.

“The Cabinet is almost complete. There is still some ministry to finish landing,” he added.

The meetings that are pending are those of the teams of the ministries of the Interior, Defense and Economy. The rest of the portfolios have already exchanged information and once this phase is completed it will be the turn of the secretaries, the president-elect warned. The next sectoral transition session will be with the staff of the Ministry of Economy, starting at 9:00 a.m. The appointments with the Interior and Defense were rescheduled without having a defined date.

Also Anabella Giracca, Ministry of Education, although as the weeks go by, the possibility seems more distant.
