The “Administrative Resolution that Authorizes the Payment to the First Group of Refunds of the National Register of Fonavista Beneficiaries of the Nineteenth Payment Group” has been published in the official newspaper El Peruano and those who are on this list have been collecting since last Thursday, April 25, at the Banco de la Nación.

To facilitate the refund process, Phonevista already knew who would create the Reimbursement 1 group, it is worth mentioning that this registry also includes beneficiaries from previous payment lists to proceed with the return. Below are the characteristics of the people who will directly benefit from the new payment relationship.
- Phonevista List 1 to 19 for those above 80 years of age.
- Fonavistas who are on the register of the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities.
- The Fonavistas suffer from serious and incurable illnesses (it is notable that the ad hoc commission should be aware of this).
An important detail is that, unlike previous returns, this time there will be no limit on the amount to be paid. For example, earlier the limit was S/6,000. Of course, there will be a minimum, which will be S/40.
