The prerequisites for improving your armor
With your Ruthless Nightstalker armor set complete, you’re on the hunt for a new way to level up your gear. Know that once quincey the king of bandits woods of defeated Farbane, you will have gained access to iron forging,ironwork workshopau tailor’s bench and the manufacture of iron arms and armor. So this is the armor set of canine-hollow which is the logical continuation of your quest for equipment. Be aware that to forge the canine-hollow set, you will need cottonfrom laine and kill Beatrice the seamstress. You will find the latter in the village of Dawnbreak, at Dunley Farms. Béatrice gives you the recipe for loom. Essential following your adventure.
Where to find yarn in V Rising?
Once your looms are built, you must go in search of wool yarn and cotton yarn. Woolen threads are theoretically not a problem to obtain. All villagers and militiamen in the area of dunley farms can get you some. Of course, don’t hesitate to enter houses and farms to open all possible chests (shelves and cupboards). You should also consider the option of tracking down Meredith the Enlightened Archer. The latter is located in the haunted iron mine, is quite tough to defeat, but above all offers you a new recipe for making wool yarn in the loom.
Where to find cotton in V Rising?
The cotton thread is the second key element in your creation of the canine-hollow armour. To make cotton yarn, you must first find cotton. There are several routes to farm this resource efficiently, but there is one that is superior to the others. We advise you above all to have a Vampiric Access Portal in your base, to facilitate your movements, and access to this road. Indeed, in the farms of Dunley are several cotton farms, but three are particularly centralized in the same place:
So all you have to do is teleport to the vampiric door north-central Dunley Farms, and descend south to strip three cotton farms of their valuable loot. In the second farm you will find horses which will allow you to easily return to your base with your cargo. Be careful, the cotton farms are all protected by garlic, which, without being lethal, inflicts a debuff on you increasing the damage received for a long duration. So take care of it garlic resistance potions and put on your hunter’s cloak before any farming session.
