Where’s the Football guy?

Call to mouth, Cristian!

I don’t know about you, but if you add Inter’s presentation in the first half of yesterday, plus what happened on the FIFA dates with the Brazilian team and, add to that, being coerced to watch women’s football, honestly, if the person taking everything seriously gives up football.

What happened to football?

Before you call me sexist, let me explain: I support and encourage the inclusion of women in sport. It’s not a sexist issue for me to think that the technical level of most athletes is still below amateur. This does not happen, for example, in volleyball, basketball, tennis and in other sports where professionals have never questioned their technical ability to present a beautiful sporting dispute. As for women’s football, some shots of certain matches seem to have been taken from some sketch of humorous programs. Before you repudiate me, I close this parenthesis here. Long live women’s football! We’re just going to take one strengthened in the foundations, right girls?

The men’s soccer team is a colossal fiasco. I imagine that the pain in Alisson’s hand even went away after having escaped conceding seven goals in two games and being blamed for all the lack of creativity and competence of the outfield players.

Honestly, football has become a live action video game. Some mischievous throws with the ball that resemble a free style competition during the game, but, for the rest, what remains most of the time is just running around.

Perhaps this sad decay of what we call football today will pass through the Sarriá stadium in Spain. Yes, I’m one more to regret this. The 1982 selection having lost the world cup was the greatest sin against football! Hence, it was taken as an excuse for the bureaucratic, boring and reckless practice of the sport to seek victory, the name of incompetence was changed to pragmatism.

Furthermore, if Inter had won the 1980 Libertadores, it would be another milestone and the final chapter compatible with the gala size of that generation of the 70s.

But then it’s just reminiscences of the past to use and abuse a good pleonasm on Friday.

All this was to say that you fell into yet another narrative from that famous communication network where Inter is always falling through the ranks and Super Grêmio is awesome! I say this because, all teams are level, there isn’t a super team in the world today that has the technical and tactical constancy to cause a big “terror” in the competitors.

Look, even in the league we are, we have played six games without losing and we are, even in tenth, three points behind third place… you should already know who.

That said, yesterday’s Inter team had a weak defense, weak marking, there was no connection between midfield plays and the attack was weak… even so, we left with the victory and another +3 points in our tally.

We keep an eye out!

Waiting for 45 points…
