When combining dietary supplements, it is important to know what substances they contain and how they work in the body. Some supplements (dietary supplements) can be combined without problems, while other combinations can be inappropriate or even dangerous. In general, recommended doses should be followed and it is not advisable to combine several supplements that contain the same substance, such as vitamin C.

“If you are hesitating whether you can combine the dietary supplements you have chosen, consult an expert, for example at a pharmacy or a doctor. Martina Šímová from the Czech and Slovak Association for Special Foods.

Pregnant women should take this combination.

If you were to take all of them) at once, it could interfere with mutual absorption.
