Turmeric is a body purifier. It boosts immunity, reduces phlegm and controls diabetes. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric with half a teaspoon of honey or amla and take it on an empty stomach.
Barley (Yav)
Barley is known to reduce fat. It provides instant nutrition to the body and helps in reducing weight, controlling cholesterol, improving digestion, memory, sex drive and physical strength. Consume satvik barley to lose weight.
