Gabriel Attal for national education, Aurore Bergé in charge of solidarity, Aurélien Rousseau, new minister of health… The new government appointed by Emmanuel Macron, on the proposal of the prime minister, Elisabeth Borne, was announced on Thursday July 20.

The new team now has 41 members, including 20 men and 21 women, and eight newcomers. A total of eight ministers were pushed out: Pap Ndiaye (education), Marlène Schiappa (social and solidarity economy and community life), François Braun (health), Isabelle Rome (gender equality), Olivier Klein (city), Jean-François Carenco (overseas), Jean-Christophe Combe (solidarity), as well as Geneviève Darrieussecq (disability).
