In the Indian cricket team going through a phase of change, not only the captain and coach are changing but the support staff is also changing. Gautam Gambhir will start his tenure with the Sri Lanka series starting on 27 July. Old fielding coach T Dilip has been retained in Gambhir’s coaching staff while former Indian all-rounder Abhishek Nair and Netherlands’ Ryan Ten Deschott have joined the team as assistant coaches. Meanwhile, due to lack of consensus on the bowling coach, Sairaj Bahutule has been appointed interim bowling coach for the Sri Lanka tour. The possibility of Sairaj Bahutule being made the permanent bowling coach cannot be ruled out. Let us know some interesting facts related to the life of Sairaj Bahutule, one of the greatest spinners of domestic cricket.
