Rosanna Brother, who is she?
Elda Rosanna Fratello – this is her registered name – was born in San Severo on 26 March 1951 (she is 72 years old) and is a singer and actress. While still a child, she moved to Cinisello Balsamo, the city where she spent her childhood and adolescence; her father creates a small anodic oxidation company in that municipality which she manages together with her son (and Rosanna’s brother) Antonio. She began her singing career in 1967, after signing a contract with Enzo Amadori’s Arlecchino, which allowed her to record three songs in a collection of songs from the 1967 Sanremo Festival, È Più forte di me, Devi had faith in me and Quando I say I love you. In the same year, in December, she won the second edition of the Italian Song Festival of Santa Sofia di Romagna.
