Good news for those who don’t like sports! If you want to keep fit, you can do a lot for your health with a walk. But only if you keep a few things in mind.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), sedentary people are 20 to 30 percent more likely to die than sedentary people. Among other things, you should focus on 150-300 minutes of moderate exercise per week. That means: A 30-minute walk every day is a good basis for preventing cardiovascular diseases, among other things.
