New Delhi : Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has once again targeted BJP as a part of strategy. After leaving the post of Delhi CM, Kejriwal cornered PM Modi through Janta Ki Adalat public meeting at Jantar Mantar. Kejriwal asked five questions to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat. This time Kejriwal has tried to corner PM Modi through RSS. Kejriwal tried to belittle Modi by saying that RSS is the chief and he should keep his children under control.

Kejriwal’s five questions

Kejriwal asked RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat five questions. One of these questions was whether the BJP rule regarding retirement age applies to Modi as well, as it did to LK Advani. He asked Bhagwat whether he agrees with the BJP’s politics of calling political leaders ‘corrupt’ and then including them in its camp. In another question, Kejriwal asked Bhagwat how he felt when BJP chief JP Nadda said that his party does not need its ideological guide RSS. Kejriwal asked whether the son has grown so much now that he is challenging his mother? In fact, BJP often seems uncomfortable with the questions asked by Kejriwal. On the 75-year rule, even Amit Shah has said that this is not a written rule.

Claim was made to remove Yogi from the post

This is not the first time that Kejriwal has made an uncomfortable allegation against the BJP. In May, during the Lok Sabha elections, Kejriwal had alleged that the BJP would remove CM Yogi within two months after the Lok Sabha elections. He had said that PM Modi was asking for votes to make Amit Shah the Prime Minister. However, everyone from Yogi to PM Modi had clarified this allegation. The situation was such that Amit Shah had to hold a press conference on this issue. Despite this, the performance of the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections was much below expectations. The party won only 33 out of 80 seats in the state. Earlier, in the 2019 elections, the party had won 62 seats. Yogi Adityanath’s supporters also said that Delhi fought the elections on its own terms. Yogi Adityanath was ignored in ticket distribution. Many political analysts believed that the effect of Kejriwal’s claim was clearly visible on the UP Lok Sabha elections.

There is a lot of tension within the BJP. The Prime Minister wants to make Amit Shah his successor. The rest of the people do not want this. This is being discussed in hushed tones across the country. Next is Yogi Adityanath. He will change the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh within 2 months.

Why does Kejriwal attack only the sore spot?

For some time now, Kejriwal has been following the strategy of touching BJP’s sore spot. It is common discussion in political circles that for some time now, everything is not going well in the relations between RSS and BJP. It started with the statement of the party’s national president JP Nadda in which he said that BJP no longer needs RSS. After this, the RSS chief has also spoken about the ideal politician many times. This indicated that Mohan Bhagwat is indirectly talking about PM Modi. Now Kejriwal has created an uncomfortable situation for BJP through five questions. This is exactly like it was after the allegations about Yogi Adityanath about four months ago. Kejriwal knows that BJP avoids saying anything directly on these issues. Now since BJP is attacking Kejriwal on corruption, the AAP chief has touched BJP’s sore spot.
