The company will adjust all the employees of Wink Music. A source said, ‘Airtel is planning to shut down Wink Music in the next few months. It will accommodate all its employees in the company.’ When contacted, an Airtel spokesperson confirmed this decision. The spokesperson said, ‘We confirm that Wink Music will be shut down. All employees of Wink Music will be included in the Airtel group. Airtel users will get access to Apple Music.’

The spokesperson said that premium users of Wink will get special offers from Airtel for Apple. The company has signed an agreement with Apple to give access to Apple Music to its iPhone users. Under this partnership, Airtel Xstream customers will be able to enjoy Hollywood and award winning content on Apple TV Plus. This facility will be available with premium Airtel WiFi and postpaid plans.
