(Web Desk) Polish billionaire businessman has indicated to file a lawsuit against the company “Meta”, which owns social media platforms Instagram and Facebook.
According to the details, Polish billionaire Ralf Brzoka and his wife have expressed their intention to sue ‘Meta’ over the issue of false advertisements published on Facebook and Instagram.
According to the report of a foreign news agency, he says that his face and wrong information about his wife have been included in the ad.
“We are planning to file a private lawsuit against Meta, but they have not yet chosen a specific city for the lawsuit, which they will decide in the next few weeks,” Berzuka told the media.
In this regard, Meta’s spokesperson said that when the company becomes aware of false advertisements, it automatically removes them from its platform and works together with local authorities against fraudulent elements.
Brzeczka, founder of Polish parcel locker company ‘Inpost’, said he informed Meta about the issue at the beginning of July, but the company failed to come up with a solution.
Berzuka said that he and his wife will demand that Metta stop profiting from the promotion of content that infringes on their rights, and for this purpose, Metta will be asked to pay substantial compensation (damages). The money will be donated to a charity.

Fraudulent content violates our policies and we remove it when we become aware of it, he said.
