It is so common to observe this white “fence” that for those of us who live in the area it is imperceptible. But not so the effect it has on the nature and for experts in ecology. Since it not only makes them look aesthetic or elegant, there is an undertone that is somewhat sinister.

What does it mean to paint the trees white?
In popular belief, there is the idea that painting the trunk of white trees helps them grow stronger and faster. Since the pigment that is used, in most cases, is not paint but lime dissolved in water.
