Age is irrelevant unless you’re a bottle of wine. This is not only a nice saying on birthday cards, but also a good motto for the private wine rack. Every month a bottle waits there decides how great its contents are. And here there is something different for every wine. Some should be drunk as young as possible, while others only show their most attractive side after years.
