According to several studies, Gen Z workers (Buzzers) are less likely to prefer working alone “because they value human contact and collaboration.” Therefore, young employees care not only about the work itself, but also about those with whom they share the workplace. Therefore, young employees value “connection, compatibility and cooperation” in the workplace. And so they turn to astrology.
Western experts write: there is nothing shameful to be curious about your colleagues, but it is more useful (and much more professional) to know the culture of the company, its mission, its benefits and its reputation among employees.
