KUWAIT CITY: The Ministry of Interior continues to conduct inspections to find illegal expatriates in Kuwait. Last day, security personnel visited the farm areas in Sulaibia. The Ministry of Home Affairs informed that 142 expatriates who had violated labor and residence rules were arrested from here.

The investigation was conducted by the General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigation, which was formed by three government departments in Kuwait. Officials from various other departments were also with them. Widespread inspections are underway in various parts of Kuwait to arrest those who work in violation of labor laws and those who do not comply with residency laws.

Those arrested are transferred to deportation centers and after completion of the process there are sent back to their home countries. Accused in various cases and expatriates caught for serious traffic violations are deported in this way. Those caught in this way will not be able to come back on any other visa. Hundreds of people have been deported like this in the last few months.
