“On Tuesday, there will be heavy snow and blizzard throughout the Central Black Earth Region, Tambov, Voronezh, Lipetsk regions. And on January 5, these pleasures will reach the Tver, Moscow, Ivanovo regions, “- said Vilfand.

According to him, in the south of Russia for the next five days the temperature will exceed the norm by four to six degrees. On January 4, bad weather is expected in the North Caucasus, in the Krasnodar Territory and in the Crimea: it will rain on the peninsula, and the wind speed will be up to 20 m / s. Heavy rains, sleet and snow will pass in the Rostov region, Krasnodar region and Volgograd region. On the Black Sea coast on January 4, wind gusts will reach up to 25 m / s. Thunderstorms are also expected in most parts of the Krasnodar Territory, with the exception of Sochi, Vilfand added.
