A not-so-simple blow to Philadelphia just before its series against Miami in the NBA. Sixers star Joel Ambide will be out until further notice, as he suffers a facial crisis and a slight concussion. Ambide was injured during the game against Toronto (97: 132 win) after already playing in the playoffs with a torn thumb.
The king of the baskets of the season, who averaged over 30 points per game, was absent for the last time suffering from such an injury for three weeks, and then returned to play with a mask on his face (also then in the series against Miami).
The Sixers are now pinning hopes on James Harden ahead of the series against the first in the East, when in the last game the bearded stood out with 22 points and 15 assists. If Philly dreams that Ambide will take part in the series, then Tyris Maxi, Tobias Harris and of course Harden will have to leave her in the picture.
