Will Jacks’ brilliant century helped Oval Invincibles score a tough 138 off 82 balls against Southern Brave in The Hundred, a 100-ball cricket series.

The Hundred is a 100-ball cricket series in England. Oval Invincibles and Southern Brave clashed in London.

In this match, the Oval team chose to field, and Southern Brave, who batted first, did not play a big innings. Marcus Stoinis scored 37 off 27 balls and Tim David scored 22 off 17 balls.

The Southern Braves scored 137 runs off 100 balls, with other players making little contribution. The Oval set a challenging target of 138 runs.

Chasing a target of 138 runs, Oval opener Jason Roy was ducked out without scoring a run. But another opener, Will Jaques, was brilliant and scored a century. He stood up to bat at one end and Riley Russo (10) and Sam Billings (8) were both dismissed at the other end.
