The hotel heiress obediently autographed nearly 200 copies of her work, groaning with the effort, flashing fans her most endearing smile, and disappearing back into the soda with Tinkerbell, one of her first Chihuahuas in an endless line of representatives of the handbag-worthy breed. The rumors that Hilton staged the protest himself persist to this day.
“No, Paris isn’t going to be presenting her new autobiography here,” says Book Soup bookseller Ryan, more determined when asked if Hilton will be back for another after the release of Paris: The Memoir this week Book signing on Sunset Strip is expected.
