The partnership will hold and manage all of Quick’s existing activities, as well as all of the online activities of the Pavilion Wines Group in the field of joint activities. The partnership will have the right to use the sales floor and operating areas of the Pavilion Wines Group as an operational infrastructure. In addition, the partnership will be able to purchase its products from the Beitan Wines Group at net purchase prices plus a direct operating cost.

The agreements include a mechanism whereby in the event that any party – Quick, Pavilion Wines Group or the Company – is interested in entering into a new activity in the field of online sales of products or services, it will first offer it to the new partnership established except for certain restrictions set forth in the said agreements.
