Will the 2024 Maruti Swift get a Turbo Jet engine option?

by time news

Maruti Suzuki has already showcased the Franks and Jimny lifestyle off-road SUVs at the Auto Expo and will soon go on sale. Accordingly, the Franks car is expected to go on sale at the end of this month and the Jimny car is expected to go on sale in the middle of May.

In this case, information is spreading that Maruti Company is preparing some cars for the next launch. Accordingly, an MPV car is being developed in the C segment. Expect it to be the Maruti version of the Toyota Innova Hicross.

Maruti is currently working on the new generation Swift, Dzire, 7-seater Grand Vitara and the full version of the EVX concept car based on the electric SUV.

What people expect the most is the new generation of Maruti’s Swift and Dzire cars. These cars are among the best selling cars in India. Many people are buying this Swift and Dzire car.

The latest information we got about these two cars is that the Boosterjet engine will be an engine option in both the cars. Both these cars could go on sale by the end of this year or early 2024.

But this introduction was not originally in India. The car is expected to be launched in the Japanese market first. It is expected that the Swift car will be launched first and then the Dzire.

As of now, the cars are expected to have 1.2 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and 1.2 liter strong hybrid engine options. Now it is said that a 1.0 liter Boosterjet engine will also be added.

While many people are expecting a sport variant of the Swift car, it is said that the RS variant will be released with a 1.0-litre booster jet engine as a higher mileage variant. But this is unconfirmed information.

This 1.0 liter turbo jet engine is an engine manufactured by Maruti in India. This engine is currently available in the Baleno RS variant.

This variant is expected to compete with the likes of Hyundai i20 and Tata Ultras with turbo engines in the market.
