Wayne Rooney has been one of England’s most prominent coaches last season. His Derby County reached 34 points after being relegated to 21 during the season in which it fell behind and was relegated. The legend of Manchester United, at the end of the season, found himself in DC United from the MLS.
It is now reported in the Daily Mail that Ronny could return to the English league. Rooney, 36, has flown to the United States alone, and could leave for free if he is offered a job in the English league, given that his wife Colin and children are in England.
“Ronny did not expect to be offered a job so soon after he left Derby,” they wrote in England. “His contract allows him to talk to clubs if they offer him a job. We think he will only return to big clubs.” Rooney has previously played for DC United and Derby County, the only team he has coached so far in his career.
