Vijay Devarakonda gained attention in Tollywood with the film Arjun Reddy. The film was a huge box office success. The films Geetha Govindam and Taxiwala that followed were also successful. Devarakonda, one of the leading Telugu young heroes, has hit the theaters today with his latest film. The film is a sports action film Liger directed by Puri Jagannath. The first reactions of Vijay Devarakonda fans of the highly anticipated film have started coming out through social media.
The film is not getting the positive word of mouth publicity as expected by the Telugu film industry. Rather mixed reactions. While one section says that the film has completely disappointed them and there are no signs of excellence in the film apart from Vijay Devarakonda’s physical makeover, another section of the audience says that the film will not disappoint everyone. Along with Ananyapande and Ramya Krishnan, the film also features boxing legend Mike Tyson in an important role. With a running time of 2 hours and 20 minutes, the film has received a U/A certificate. The film is set in the background of mixed martial arts and is made on a big budget. Filmed in Telugu and Hindi, the movie has been dubbed into five other languages including Malayalam. The film has a wide release in Kerala as well. Apart from the Malayalam version, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions are also showing in Kerala.
