The following day, according to the allegations, the woman woke up with signs of violence on her body.

The complaint was made together with the Family and Women Care Unit (UFAM) and, in accordance with the Ok Diarythe process states that the player forced her to have sexual relations and that the alleged victim “perfectly remembers the image of William on top of her in bed”.

Everything happened in a well-known hotel in the city, and there are images from the hotel’s cameras that attest to the arrival of William Carvalho and the complainant, during the early hours in question. Still according to the information provided by the newspaper, two hours later the Portuguese international will have left.

Given the seriousness and content of the complaint, William was notified to appear at the Instruction Court number nine in Seville, to respond to a case of possible rape. In other words, the risk of escape may also be taken into account.

“Taking into account the measures in question, William Silva de Carvalho is requested to appear at this Court on the 6th of February, at 9:30 am, in order to make statements as an investigator, with information about his rights and with the knowledge that, if he does not appear, his arrest may be ordered, sending the respective letter to UFAM so that it can proceed with the full affiliation of the person being investigated as well as his summons to carry out the agreed diligence”, writes magistrate María Ángeles Cortes Vida .
