Talks are said to be underway with the popular actress to play the villain in Rajinikanth’s 169th film.

It has been announced that Rajinikanth will next be seen in a Nelson Dilip Kumar directed film. Nelson has previously directed the films Kolamau Kokila, Doctor, Beast. The recently released Beast film starring Vijay received mixed reviews. Thus Rajinikanth’s leader 169 became the talk of the town on social media. Composed by Anirudh, the film is produced by Sun Pictures.
It is said that Aishwarya is talking to Roy to play the heroine and Priyanka Mohan is playing another heroine. The crew plans to start shooting in a couple of months.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that talks are underway to cast Ramya Krishnan in the lead role.
Ramya Krishnan starred in the 1999 hit film Padiyappa starring Rajinikanth. His Nilambari Willy character was spoken of in that film. It has been reported that Ramya Krishnan will be playing the villain in Rajinikanth’s 169th film as well. An official announcement is expected soon.
