jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Central Kalimantan Governor and Deputy Governor candidate pair number 1 Willy Midel Yoseph-Habib Ismail Bin Yahya withdrew the General Election Results Dispute (PHPU) Case for the Governor of Central Kalimantan, in a hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK), Thursday (9/1).

During the trial, Willy appeared online. Willy immediately withdrew case number 269/PHPU.Gub-XXII/2025 PHPU 2024 Central Kalimantan Regional Election.

“We are withdrawing the authority and withdrawing the application,” said Willy.

The trial was chaired by Arief Hidayat, with judges Ridwan Mansyur and Enny Nurbaningsih. Meanwhile, Willy Yoseph/Habib Ismail’s attorney who was present was Rahmadi G Lentam.
