Led by Harry Kane, the Bavarians end the year 2023 with a victory. Same success for Xabi Alonso’s team which largely dominated Bochum (4-0).
Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, the duo at the top of the German championship, won on Wednesday evening during the 16th day, against Bochum (4-0) and Wolfsburg (2-1) to end the year 2023 on a victory.
With 42 points out of 48 possible, Xabi Alonso’s Werskelf was carried by the hat-trick in the space of a quarter of an hour from Czech striker Patrik Schick, while Bayern was once again able to press Harry Kane, scorer of his 21st goal in 15 Bundesliga matches.
Leverkusen has come closer to the honorary title of autumn champion, since it is four points ahead of Bayern Munich (38), before the last day of the first leg scheduled after the winter break on 12, 13 and January 14.
