Kevin Durant scored 31 points, Bradley Beal added a season-high 25 and the Phoenix Suns won their third straight game, beating the Orlando Magic 112-107 on Sunday night.

Beal played in just his eighth game of the season because of back and ankle injuries. The three-time All-Star, acquired in the offseason in a trade with Washington, shot 10 of 13 from the field, including a powerful drive in the third quarter.

Orlando trailed much of the night, but rallied to close the lead to 89-87 at the start of the fourth quarter. Paolo Banchero led the Magic with 12 points in the third quarter by hitting 5 of 7 shots.

Gary Harris hit a long 3-pointer early in the fourth quarter to give Orlando a 96-95 lead, their first lead since early in the first quarter.

The Suns rallied, using a 17-6 run to build a 10-point lead and regain control. Durant made 12 of 21 field goals and added five rebounds and five assists. Devin Booker scored 21 points and Jusuf Nurkic had 19 points and 13 rebounds. The Suns’ substitutes scored only six goals, all from Chimezie Metu.

Banchero led the Magic with 28 points, while Franz Wagner added 27. Wendell Carter Jr. finished with 17 off the bench.
