The football club “Levski” announced that, as of today, it has repaid the principal on its debt to the Metropolitan Municipality. For this purpose, “Gerena” transferred BGN 1,370,000.
Here is what the club wrote:

Today, July 23, “PFK Levski” repaid the principal on the debt to the Sofia Municipality
The amount paid is BGN 1,370,000.
In April, the club also paid the principal of the debt to the National Revenue Agency.
After today’s contribution to the Metropolitan Municipality, “PFK Levski” has no interest-bearing obligations to the state, which is another huge step towards the final rescue and financial stabilization of the club.
