It is almost a month since Princess Leonor entered the General Military Academy of Zaragoza and her first maneuvers have already been published by MADOC. The young woman is in the 1st year, a year in which she has completed the adaptation period and now, according to reports from the Army, she is carrying out her first maneuvers and practices.

Since last Tuesday, cadet Borbón Ortiz and the rest of the 1st year students have been immersed in the Basic Military Training Module for the Fighter. Specifically, they are practicing the combat track crossing.

With this information, MADOC has released a few photos showing the students in their uniforms and on the front line of combat: rifles in hand and a stage full of mud where they carry out their first maneuvers. It’s not that mud is an essential part, but the heavy rains that devastated the Peninsula last weekend have also turned some areas of Zaragoza into a muddy mess.

What is your day to day like?

The Borbón cadet lady sleeps in bunk beds shared with eleven other people. She wakes up at 6:30 a.m. in the morning and turns off the lights at 11:00 p.m. During this entire period of military training at the Zaragoza Military Academy, Leonor will receive classes, study and carry out highly intense physical activities, as can be seen in these latest photos released by MADOC.

The heir to the throne began her training last Thursday, August 17, at the Zaragoza military center, along with 612 other cadets, and became part of the first Cadet Battalion.
