The Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais Khazali, confirmed the readiness to revive the rituals of God in the councils of Abu al-Ahrar with the advent of the new Hijri year with the crescent of the month of Muharram al-Haram.
Sheikh Al-Khazaali said in a post on the (X) platform, which was followed by the (INA), that “with the advent of the new Hijri year with the crescent of the month of Muharram, we recall all the meanings of giving, sacrifice and loyalty, and we stand in reverence, before the memory of Ashura, which carries the highest stages of sacrifice, for the sake of authentic Islamic values, so we all prepare, old and young, men and women, young and old, to revive the rituals of God, in the councils of the father of the free, the leader of the revolutionaries and the master of the martyrs, our Imam Al-Hussein (may the best prayers and peace be upon him) and his blessed family, and his chosen companions, in the incident of Karbala, the loftiness, sublimity and pride.”
He continued: “Let us draw from its abundant spring, and drink from its pure Kawthar, the values of courage and heroism, the truths of true faith, the lessons of awareness and perception of the reality of existence, and the importance of the role of the conscious human being in paving the way for the state of divine justice, under the banner of the Greatest Remnant of God (may our souls be sacrificed for him), and let us renew the covenant with the caravan of Husseini eternity, and the planets of righteous martyrs, to continue on the path of truth for the sake of God, until we attain one of the two good things, either victory or martyrdom, as we face all the challenges surrounding our religion, our societies, and our countries.”
