Vibra Energia (BVMF:) won the lease for the MAC11 area for BRL 60 million, to be installed in the Organized Port of Maceió (AL).
The terminal is dedicated to the handling and storage of liquid bulk, especially fuel.
The lease agreement for the area and public infrastructure located inside the port has a term of 25 years and the investment forecast (capex) is R$ 20.8 million.
The auction also had the participation of Ipiranga, which offered R$ 48 million. As there was more than one valid bid, the dispute was live, but there were no bids at this stage. As a result, Vibra Energia’s bid was considered the winner.
