Tiago Guelho’s successor at Ferreira has been officially confirmed. At 53 years old, Ricardo Lobão leaves the ‘reserve’ and returns to the benches of Portuguese futsal and those of Liga Placard.

The coach, who has extensive experience in the top flight, had not trained since the short experience he had last season at Burinhosa (just two games), having previously coached Leões in the League.

Now, Lobão will take over a team that, in the last round, achieved its first victory in the championship. It was at AD Fundão’s home, in what was the first game after Tiago Guelho’s departure.
