The Third Sentencing Court of San Salvador began, this Thursday, with the Public Hearing against Karen Margarita Ayala Interiano, 26 years old, who is accused of being responsible for the murder of the Salvadoran Air Force sergeant, Walter Antonio Martínez Nieves .
On Thursday, both the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) and the defense party began with the parade of 9 witnesses.
The investigations detail that on February 26, 2023, in San Marcos, San Salvador, Ayala Interiano attacked the sergeant while they were driving aboard a vehicle that they had requested through a transportation service application.
After the attack, Martínez Nieves was transferred to the Military hospital where he died on March 2, 2023, due to injuries to the stomach, diaphragm and liver.
