Islamabad – The security forces have arrested a young woman who planned a suicide attack in the troubled region of Baluchistan in Pakistan. Mahbal, a member of the banned organization Baloch Liberation Front, was arrested from Baloch capital Quetta. A jacket filled with 5 kg of explosives was recovered from them.
Last Friday, 7 people, including 3 terrorists, were killed in an attack by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on the Karachi police headquarters. Sala Noor and Kifayatullah from tribal areas near the Afghan border have been identified as behind the terrorist attack.
Last April, a female suicide bomber from Balochistan detonated a bomb at the entrance of Karachi University, killing four people.
