Chengannur: Police have arrested a housewife for leaving her three minor children behind and running away with her boyfriend. Chengannur police arrested a 37 – year – old woman from Piralassery in the south room of Mulakuzha market from her boyfriend’s house.
Her husband had lodged a complaint with the Chengannur police stating that Sheela was missing. Subsequent examination revealed that she had gone with her boyfriend. The woman was found by a team led by women SI Anila Kumari, SI Shyam and civil police officer Mayadevi. He was produced in court and remanded.
