According to Southern Railway, three ticket checkers have collected more than one crore rupees from passengers in the period from April 2022 till now. Shaktivel, a ticket examiner, collected Rs 1.10 crore. Nandakumar, Deputy Chief Examiner of Chennai Division, also collected Rs 1.55 crore.
