“Woman with 6-year infertility gives birth to 3 female twins through microscopic fertilization at Maternity and Children Hospital in Najran”

A woman in the third decade of life gave birth to 3 female twins at the Maternity and Children Hospital in Najran, after infertility that lasted 6 years.

The Najran Health Ministry stated that the pregnancy took place with the help of microscopic fertilization, and the case was followed up in the high-risk pregnancy clinic, noting that the medical team supervising the case performed a cesarean delivery for the woman, which took an hour, and that the weights of the twins ranged between (1,800-2,100) kg.

She emphasized that health services and medical care were provided to the mother and her children, according to the approved protocol and procedures, by doctors and nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit, noting that the mother and her twins were discharged from the hospital, and they are in perfect health and wellness.
