Women X It is a platform innovative aimed at women entrepreneurs and executives looking to take their career to the next level. With a comprehensive approach, this initiative combines advanced training, a supportive community and specialized resources to strengthen female leadership in the business environment.
The project is the result of collaboration between Buró Business Schoola renowned business educational institution, and Wonder Woman Guatemalaan organization that promotes the female empowermentBoth entities share the mission of transforming people and organizations, and through Women X they seek to establish a new standard in the development of female leadership, combining entrepreneurship with comprehensive training for women leaders.
The platform offers an educational experience focused on improving leadership skills, fostering innovation and strengthening executive identity. Its goal is to boost the success of participants within the competitive corporate environment, providing them with tools to stand out as leaders and entrepreneurs.
A comprehensive training program
Women X’s approach encompasses several key areas for the development of women leaders. These areas include managing visual capital, professional intelligence, creating a strong personal brand, and developing innovative corporate ventures. To achieve these goals, the platform relies on three essential components:
- Executive trainings: Designed to strengthen leadership skills, executive identity and corporate entrepreneurship.
- Community: The initiative offers a space where participants can connect with other women leaders, share ideas, experiences and knowledge, fostering an environment of collaboration and collective growth.

Upcoming Women X Programs
The first Women X program will take place on September 26 and 27. This event will include three specialized modules: Leadership 360, Executive Identity, and Corporate Entrepreneurship.
