Women’s World Cup: Australia-Dinamani in the final

Australia beat West Indies by 157 runs in the first semi-final of the Women’s Cricket World Cup to advance to the final on Wednesday.

Ovs for the game were reduced by 5 each due to bad weather. Batting first, Australia scored 305 for 3 in 45 overs. West Indies then lost by 148 runs in 37 overs. Australia’s Alyssa Healy became the captain.

West Indies won the toss and elected to field. Alyssa Healy top-scored for Australia with 12 fours, 17 fours and 1 six. Chanel Henry took 2 wickets in West Indies bowling.
